Entertainment News: Celebrity “Xiao S” Dee Hsu attended a medical technology event in Taipei today (25th). Besides discussing her feelings about sending her eldest daughter, Elly Hsu Xiwen, to study in California, USA, she also made her first response regarding the return of the show “Kangxi Coming”.

Xiao S made a public appearance today at an endorsement event. Regarding her daughter going abroad for studies, she said: “I hope she goes abroad soon. She may have been too well taken care of by us since she was young, often complaining about being hungry. Most of the time, she still enjoys the ‘sense of security with parents around’, so I want her to go abroad quickly, to learn to be independent as soon as possible.”

When asked about which school and major Elly will be studying, Xiao S chose to keep it private for her daughter’s privacy, only revealing that it will be in California and not in a major related to performing arts.

She expressed that she is not worried about her daughter adapting to life abroad. Regarding Elly’s social life abroad, Xiao S also said she is not worried, “but it seems that her love switch has not been turned on yet.” Initially planning to take a month off from the show to accompany her daughter, she later decided to shorten it to ten days, hoping that she can learn to be independent sooner.

According to the Liberty Times, there have been recent reports that she will return to the show “Kangxi Coming”. Regarding this, Xiao S admitted that she has discussed it with the host Cai Kangyong. “The show is really a beautiful memory. It’s good to leave it there. If we return, do you think we can surpass the past?” She believes that if they can’t surpass it, then it’s best to leave it at its most beautiful moment. However, she also said that if there is a chance, she would “at most host a couple of episodes with Cai Kangyong for fun.”
