Zhejiang Elementary School Student Scared by Teacher, Carried to 3rd Floor Window Sill to Frighten, Parents Alarmed

Recently, a parent in Zhejiang province reported that their child was mischievous at school and was lifted by a teacher, dangling outside the window on the 3rd floor to scare him. When the parent saw the surveillance video, they felt weak in the legs.

A video circulating on the internet shows a male teacher holding a primary school student upside down and reaching out of the window. The student was vigorously resisting by grabbing onto the window and was not pulled outside.

According to Dahe News’s “Seeing” report on May 17th, the student named Rang Rang (alias), 10 years old this year, is in the fourth grade at Zhongyang Primary School in Mayu Town, Ruian City, Wenzhou.

Mr. Chen, Rang Rang’s father, said the incident occurred on April 17th at noon when his child was doing homework at the school care center. After finishing the work, a few male classmates were playing with water guns in the classroom. Accidentally, his son sprayed water on teacher Lin, who then randomly pinched the child’s neck, slapped him a few times, and then took the child to the corridor, lifting him out of the window on the 3rd floor, threatening to throw him down. After the incident, the child resisted going to school and frequently had nightmares.

Mr. Chen said that at first, he never thought the teacher would make such a dangerous move. It wasn’t until he noticed the bruises on his child’s neck that he learned about the incident. But when he asked the teacher at the school, the teacher flatly denied it. It wasn’t until early May when multiple students confirmed the fact that his son was beaten that he reported the incident to the local police.

On May 16th, when he saw the footage of his child being held at the window from the school surveillance video provided by the police, Mr. Chen said, “My legs went weak.”

The incident sparked public outrage online, with netizens expressing their anger, stating, “This person is not fit to be a teacher, not even fit to be an ordinary citizen, he should rot in jail in another country.” “He must not be let off, he is not worthy to be an educator.” “Attempted murder must be prosecuted, this is solid evidence.” “Teachers and doctors are no longer sacred professions.”

Some also said, “Luckily the surveillance was not tampered with.” “If he had actually gone out, the surveillance would definitely have been tampered with, and none of us would have seen it.” “In our area, we hope the Education Bureau takes this seriously. My daughter will be going to this school in two years, sincerely hoping she doesn’t encounter such a teacher.”

After the incident gained attention, a reporter from Modern Express called Principal Sun of the school involved. Upon learning the reporter’s identity and intention, Sun repeatedly said, “No beating, no beating,” before hanging up the phone. Subsequent calls from the reporter went unanswered.
