The President-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, is promoting a series of guitars with the slogan “Make America Great Again” inscribed on them, including some with his signature, being sold for prices exceeding $10,000.
On Wednesday (November 21), Trump posted on his social media platform “Truth Social,” saying: “Coming soon! Limited edition ’45’ guitars. Only 1300 acoustic and electric guitars have been produced – some with a personal signature!”
Trump also shared a link to the website selling these guitars and attached a photo. In the photo, the President-elect is seen happily holding a guitar with his campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” engraved on the fretboard, and the body featuring an eagle and the American flag. The guitars are adorned with pearls, and the number “45” on the headstock represents his tenure as the 45th President of the United States.
The former president has launched the “American Eagle” series of guitars on his website called “Trump Guitars,” some of which bear his autograph and are priced at $10,250, with only 275 available for sale.
There are also over 1000 acoustic and electric guitars without Trump’s signature, priced between $1,250 and $1,500. The website states that all remaining “American Eagle” guitars will arrive before Christmas.
In addition to the “American Eagle” series, the website also offers three other series of guitars, including the “Presidential Series,” “Signature Edition,” and “God Bless The USA.”
The first 1000 guitars in the “Presidential Series” will be numbered and sold for $2,000, with a delivery time of up to six months; the quantity of the “God Bless The USA” acoustic guitars is unspecified, priced at $1,000.
Since launching his presidential campaign in 2024, Trump has been selling a range of branded products, including watches, sneakers, and even the Bible. These products were launched after a judge in Trump’s New York civil fraud case sentenced the former president to a fine of $355 million. With interest, the total amount Trump was fined in that case reached $454 million.
Furthermore, former First Lady Melania Trump has also launched a series of products, including her first memoir and customizable necklaces released on Mother’s Day this year. Some commentators believe Melania’s participation in sales activities is aimed at helping her husband weather financial difficulties.
