Shen Yun at Lincoln Center: Box Office is Heating Up, Ticket Alert to Guard Against Scalpers

Shen Yun Performing Arts will be holding its 2025 annual performances at the Lincoln Center in New York from March 26 to April 13, with a total of 18 shows. Tickets are selling fast, and scalpers have started selling Shen Yun tickets at inflated prices on the market. In light of this, Shen Yun Ticketing reminds audiences to purchase tickets online only from the official Shen Yun Ticketing website (shenyun.com) and the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center’s official website (davidhkochtheater.com).

The Shen Yun performance at the Lincoln Center in New York is highly anticipated, scheduled during the end of March and mid-April when flowers are blooming. The performance spans nearly three weeks, with tickets for weekends particularly in high demand. Tickets for the first weekend have already sold out. Consequently, some unauthorized ticketing websites have emerged selling Shen Yun tickets at exorbitant prices. Some audience members, in their search for Shen Yun tickets online, end up on these websites where ticket prices are higher than the official site, along with additional service fees, or the tickets may even turn out to be invalid.

Addressing this, Shen Yun Ticketing coordinator Wu Mela explained that some audience members, after finding their desired tickets and seats sold out on the official website, unwittingly turn to scalpers’ websites, willing to pay higher prices to secure preferred seats. Another reason is that audience members might accidentally land on scalpers’ websites while browsing online.

As the performance date approaches or during the show period, Shen Yun tickets sell out quickly. If one hesitates even briefly, prime seating locations may be snatched up as everyone rushes to secure the last available tickets. To avoid purchasing scalped tickets, it is advised to buy tickets through the following official channels:

1. Purchase tickets online only from the Shen Yun and David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center official websites: Shen Yun Ticketing website: shenyun.com; David H. Koch Theater official website: davidhkochtheater.com
2. Call the Shen Yun ticketing hotline at 888-90-SHOWS (74697)
3. Buy tickets in person at the David H. Koch Theater box office at the Lincoln Center
4. Visit the Shen Yun ticketing booths at select malls like Roosevelt Field Mall and Smith Haven Mall in Long Island

With the performance drawing near, audiences can choose to keep their tickets at the theater and arrive at least half an hour earlier on the show day to collect them.

Wu Mela also reminded attendees that the show will start promptly, advising them to plan ahead and arrive early to account for any potential traffic congestion or unforeseen delays. Some audience members may need to pick up their tickets at the box office upon arrival, so they should factor in adequate time for ticket retrieval. Each program of Shen Yun is captivating, so it is advisable not to be late.
