Renowned bodybuilder and actor Vittorio Pirbazari, who also starred in the popular Netflix series “Dogs of Berlin,” tragically passed away at the age of 44 on March 31 while exercising on a treadmill. The news of his sudden death has shocked many.
Actor and film producer Said Ibrahim confirmed Vittorio Pirbazari’s passing in an Instagram video on April 1, where he shared a photo of them together and expressed, “Rest in peace, my brother.” He explained that Vittorio suffered a heart attack while on the treadmill, leading to his immediate passing, and sorrowfully remarked, “Everything happens in just a moment, you never know when it will occur.” Ibrahim lamented Vittorio’s departure, stating that it “shattered me, it completely threw me off track.”
It is reported that Vittorio leaves behind his wife and their 4-year-old son. Details regarding his untimely death have not been officially confirmed by his family. Following Said Ibrahim’s video announcement, numerous fans flocked to Vittorio’s Instagram account to express their condolences.
Just days before his passing, Vittorio had informed his 90,000 Instagram followers that he had returned to the gym after a three-month rest following surgery to repair a torn chest muscle. He wrote in German, “I am delighted to be back in the gym now, focusing all my energy on leg training and aerobic exercises. I am currently attempting interval training on the treadmill, but I will take it slow due to my legs not being fully recovered yet.”
According to TMZ, Vittorio was a member of the renowned bodybuilding group Hardgainer Crew and the founder of the Caps Plus product line.
Apart from his dedication to fitness, Vittorio had appeared in several series, including Netflix’s “Dogs of Berlin.” Unfortunately, his latest film, “Haps-Crime Doesn’t Pay,” had just finished its premiere when the tragic news broke.
The cast of “Haps-Crime Doesn’t Pay” expressed their deep sorrow on Instagram, saying, “The entire Haps team mourns the passing of Vittorio Pirbazari. Our hearts are with his family. We will miss you, thank you for your warmth, your creative spirit, and for being part of our journey. Rest in peace.”
