The image of the “Confidentiality Agreement” shared by the netizen stated that regarding the service compensation incident with Shanghai Lucky Airlines Co., Ltd., Lucky Airlines had already paid a compensation of 1,000 RMB, and the individual was required to make a solemn confidentiality commitment…
In a report by Xiaoxiang Morning Post, a passenger on the Lucky Airlines HO1256 flight mentioned, “Half of the passengers had already been served when I noticed it midway through eating.”
The passenger explained that this situation caused dissatisfaction among the passengers. After the plane landed, the crew handed out a confidentiality agreement to all passengers, then blocked them on the jet bridge, requiring them to fill in their ID numbers, sign the agreement, scan Alipay to receive the money, and only then were allowed to leave.
“I was in a hurry to get off the plane, so I quickly moved to the front with my luggage. I told them I need to catch another flight and refused to sign the confidentiality agreement or receive compensation, then they let me go,” said the passenger.
On February 24, the passenger continued to call Lucky Airlines to complain, but the staff insisted on him providing ticket identification, stating that without it, they couldn’t proceed.
“I was afraid to provide it since my next flight is also with Lucky Airlines. What if they accidentally let me board the wrong plane,” the passenger expressed their concern.
The provided confidentiality agreement by the passenger showed that Lucky Airlines pledged a compensation of 1,000 RMB to the passengers, with a clause stating that passengers cannot disclose the details of the agreement to any third party by any means.
As reported by Beijing Business Daily, on February 25, a responsible person from Lucky Airlines responded that during the service of flight HO1256 from Urumqi to Shanghai Hongqiao on February 23, some nuts snacks that were 10 days expired from an external supplier were mistakenly distributed to the passengers. Lucky Airlines stated that they will hold the responsible parties accountable pending the investigation results.
