On the eve of the Chinese New Year in 2025, internet writer Lu Qianrong penned a poem titled “2025 Chinese New Year: My Longing No Longer in Tears.” In his work, he expressed that his life is dedicated to the motherland, and he is willing to shed the last drop of blood for the sake of his country, family, future generations, and fellow Chinese citizens in the quest for a democratic, lawful, and free China.
2025 Chinese New Year
I am persecuted by Xi Jinping’s Communist Party, my wife and child separated, wandering in Fuzhou, Jiangxi province.
For thirty years, I have endured persecution and monitoring by the evil and terror of the Communist Party.
Under Xi Jinping’s open surveillance persecution, my wife and child were separated, and I have wandered for seven years in the country I hold dear.
The sound of firecrackers fills my longing,
Longing for my family,
Longing for those kidnapped by terrorist organizations and taken to countries in Southeast Asia and Africa for atrocities,
Longing for millions of fellow Chinese, both alive and victim to organ harvesting and slaughter for profit,
Longing for dissenting citizens detained in prisons or mental institutions under Xi Jinping’s political persecution, including Qin Yongmin, Peng Li, Dong Yaoqing, Zhang Zhan, Ren Zhiqiang, Yu Wensheng, Zhang Pancheng, Xu Zhiyong, Ding Jiaxi, Xie Yang, Cui Bin, Shao Mingliang, and many others.
Who is enslaving, persecuting, and slaughtering us, the descendants of the Yellow Emperor?
Who has allowed our motherland to be violated without the ability to protect us?
New Year’s Eve
On the streets of Fuzhou, two brothers beg for money on the landmark bridge to afford education for their sick father, piercing my heart with their plight.
Who has taxed the Chinese people the most in the world, while providing the lowest welfare benefits,
Education and healthcare are not only not free but also exploit the people,
Who has left our elderly without care, no retirement pension,
Leaving the Chinese people unable to afford to live, seek medical treatment, age, or die dignifiedly!
Who has betrayed our Chinese nation’s over four million square kilometers of land,
And continues to enslave, exploit, persecute, and slaughter us?
Who controls our news, freedom of speech, internet, freedom to protest and assemble, freedom to form parties?
Who has silenced the mouths of the Chinese people with guns,
And shackled us with visible and invisible chains around our necks?
The neon lights on the bridge,
Who can give me an answer!
On the eve of the 2025 Chinese New Year, my grieving is poured out,
The wind by Fuzhou River brims with my solitude and concern,
The flowing water of Fuzhou River carries my endless longing,
The devils on the land of China, armed with duct tape, iron chains, knives, and guns,
Madly kidnapping, detaining, torturing, and enslaving us!
Madly persecuting, slaughtering, and massacring us!
Madly harvesting our organs and killing us for profit!
In the 21st century, we, the children of China,
Like the Jews under Hitler’s Nazi slaughter during World War II,
We can only hope, in resistance, for the forces of global justice to unite and exterminate the demons and rescue us!
The air of the Nine Continents is filled with the mad laughter of demons,
Filled with the fear, tears, and injustice of the Chinese people,
But we, the Chinese people, the sons and daughters of China, have awoken,
Oh Lord, please lead us to tear down China’s Berlin Wall,
Lead us, the Chinese people, out of this earthly hell!
In the 2025 Chinese New Year, my longing will no longer be in tears,
We, the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, must endeavor to move forward,
We, the sons and daughters of China, must step out of the darkness and embrace the dawn!
Lu Qianrong, male, physically disabled level two. Pen name “Huangzhu,” independent writer, poet, commentator, planner, businessman. Born in March 1970 in Zhangmiao Village, Lingshui Town, Huoqiu County, Anhui Province.
From 1995 to 1997, Lu Qianrong petitioned against local village officials for using violent methods like beatings, detention, cattle driving, pig rushing, grain grabbing, as well as corruption and extravagance, which led to retaliatory actions by the local government.
In June 1997, while his wife was pregnant and unattended, Lu Qianrong was illegally detained for over 3 years in a re-education labor camp by local public security agencies. During the illegal detention, he was forced to work in a coal mine in Anhui Province for 12 hours a day.
Lu Qianrong was released from the re-education labor camp in August 2000. For over twenty years since his release, he has been under long-term surveillance by the Chinese state security and public security.
After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, Lu Qianrong faced increased persecution by the CCP. Since 2019, Lu Qianrong has faced family separation, displacement, and his wife and child have been torn apart.
