On January 25, a female internet user with the username “Yellow Hair 111” posted on Weibo, claiming that she was physically assaulted by a male celebrity with 60 million followers and tagged Zhang Wei’s account. It appears that she accused the celebrity of violently attacking and verbally abusing staff members, and provided a recorded audio clip as evidence.
The day before, the internet user tearfully recounted the incident through a video. She explained that on October 27, 2024, what started as a normal workday turned into a horrific ordeal due to a script miscommunication. Specifically, the male celebrity with 60 million followers turned violent towards her in a hotel for two hours due to his dissatisfaction with the script, using pillows, tea tables, and glass cups to attack her.
As the violence escalated, the celebrity’s bodyguard and assistant realized the seriousness of the situation and intervened. However, the male celebrity didn’t stop there. He not only smashed her laptop but also kicked her when she tried to retrieve it. She mentioned feeling extremely frightened, unable to run away and only able to stand in place.
Throughout the ordeal, the male celebrity continuously insulted her personality, with his bodyguard forcefully bending her body at a 90-degree angle, making her apologize repeatedly and say, “Big Brother, I’m sorry.” When she cried heavily, the celebrity expressed disgust at her tears. Even when he got tired of physically assaulting her, he continued to verbally insult her and forced her to admit to being a dog.
To substantiate her claims, “Yellow Hair 111” shared an audio clip of the verbal abuse. The language used in the audio was vulgar, with statements like “My words are law.”
As the news spread, “Yellow Hair 111” showcased surveillance footage from her doorstep, accusing Zhang Wei of sending unknown individuals to vandalize her door in the middle of the night. This sparked discussions among netizens, with many questioning whether Zhang Wei was involved and demanding clarification. As of now, Zhang Wei has not responded, and the authenticity of the internet user’s revelations remains uncertain.
However, according to a report from “Meng Shen Mu Mu” cited by Netease, the process of the disclosure by “Yellow Hair 111” was tumultuous. Initially, she exposed the male celebrity with 60 million followers assaulting her on a short video platform without directly naming him, leading to suspicions of it being a publicity stunt. She has now successfully exposed the incident on Weibo and has also tagged famous personalities like Yang Mi, Yang Di, Huang Zitao, Yang Zi, hoping to garner their support.
