Recently, mainland Chinese actress Dilraba Dilmurat, one of the “Four Beauties of Xinjiang”, had her passport found by netizens in Japan. The passport contained Dilraba’s photo and detailed personal information, confirmed by Dilraba’s team as indeed her own identification document.
On March 19th, the hashtag “#NetizensFoundDilraba’sVisaInJapan” began trending on Weibo. A netizen claimed to have found a passport outside a cafe in Tokyo, Japan, and upon opening it, discovered Dilraba’s photo and detailed information on the visa page. The netizen then uploaded the document with the personal information obscured to the internet, prompting widespread attention and discussion.
Dilraba’s team swiftly responded, verifying that “the passport does belong to Dilraba Dilmurat, but the visa is a leftover document from a past trip and is not currently in use. Dilraba does not have any upcoming plans to visit Japan, and they hope that speculation and interpretation surrounding this incident will not be exaggerated.”
The staff of Dilraba expressed gratitude towards the netizen who found the passport and stated that they have contacted the relevant authorities to swiftly handle the lost passport on behalf of Dilraba.
However, some fans expressed dissatisfaction with the incident, citing previous instances where the team had lost identification documents belonging to other artists from the same company, and now losing Dilraba’s passport. Fans criticized the company for not taking better care in safeguarding the artists’ documents, accusing them of being careless.
At 32 years old, Dilraba Dilmurat has been in the entertainment industry for over a decade, starring in over 20 television dramas and multiple films. She has also appeared in various variety shows, with notable works including “Eternal Love” and “Eternal Love of Dream”.
