In recent days, the list of intended hires for college graduates released by the State Energy Group’s Real Estate Limited Company (abbreviated as Guo Neng Real Estate) has sparked attention, with some netizens questioning the situation of certain individuals on the list. The list was later deleted.
According to online screenshots, the deleted list of intended hires by Guo Neng Real Estate included 13 master’s graduates and three undergraduate students as prospective employees. The 13 master’s graduates are from well-known domestic and foreign institutions such as North China Electric Power University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. In contrast, the three undergraduate students graduated from relatively ordinary institutions: Suihua University, Xi’an International Studies University, and Qingdao Hengxing Science and Technology College.
Many netizens expressed concerns about the list, pointing out that the three undergraduate institutions were too ordinary. Suihua University is a comprehensive undergraduate institution under government administration in Heilongjiang, while Qingdao Hengxing Science and Technology College and Xi’an International Studies University are private undergraduate institutions.
Over the past month, the State Energy Group has announced 36 batches of intended hire lists for different companies in the group, conducting recruitment and assessments for recent graduates from universities, as well as direct recruitment, social recruitment, and internal system recruitment. Guo Neng Real Estate falls under the category of recent graduate recruitment. The total number of prospective employees in this type of recruitment process across the entire group is over 1100.
Regarding allegations from netizens that the aforementioned list appeared to be predestined, an employee of the State Energy Group responded to the media on February 21, stating that he was not aware of the details regarding the recruitment list under discussion. He emphasized that if there were doubts about the recruitment results or concerns about the recruitment process being irregular, individuals could lodge complaints or report to relevant departments at any time.
On February 22, Extreme Vision News reported that upon checking the official website of the State Energy Group, only 2 of the previously announced 36 batches of intended hire lists remained. The deleted list included content that had been questioned by netizens.
An on-duty staff member at the State Energy Group’s duty room stated that the issue was under the specific responsibility of the group’s organizational personnel department, and detailed inquiries should be made to that department. Furthermore, if someone had already been hired, they would definitely be contacted. Regarding why the intended hire information that had been publicly posted on the official website was subsequently deleted, the staff member mentioned that feedback had been given to the relevant department but no response had been received yet.
Public information indicates that the State Energy Group Real Estate Limited Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State Energy Group.
