On July 3rd, a patrol officer from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in the United States stopped a car on the highway that looked like an unidentified flying object (UFO), giving the impression of an encounter with aliens. The officer even took a commemorative photo with this peculiar UFO.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol posted on Facebook about the incident, stating that Officer Ryan Vanvleck stopped the UFO-shaped car on the Turner Turnpike the day before because its license plate was covered.

The two passengers in the car explained that they were on their way to attend a UFO festival in Roswell, New Mexico. Roswell is a famous UFO hotspot globally, and this annual event attracts numerous UFO enthusiasts every year.
Officer Vanvleck did not issue any tickets to the two individuals but released them after a warning. He also took a photo with them and the UFO car.
The Facebook post mentioned, “It’s not every day that you get to stop a UFO.”
Some netizens commented, “I feel like they would be stopped in every state.”
In fact, a few days ago, they were also stopped by the police in Missouri and featured on the police’s social media.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri posted on Facebook, “You never know what will travel through Crawford County, but this is a bit unusual.”

The office mentioned that the “aliens” in the car are from Krypton and were heading to Roswell. The police warned them about registration and speeding issues with the car and advised them not to use their phaser while traveling.
Roswell gained worldwide fame in 1947 after a UFO crash incident. It is believed that the US military recovered UFO debris and alien bodies, but they have denied it for many years, leading to accusations of concealing the truth.
This year’s Roswell UFO festival takes place from July 5th to 7th. For information on related events, click here.
