Five Traitors to the Nation’ List Surfaces on official Chinese Communist Party website

Recently, the Ministry of Public Security of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been carrying out high-profile activities, frequently publicizing actions such as “arresting spies,” sparking controversy. However, several official websites in mainland China, including various military units, schools, museums, suddenly appeared to criticize the CCP under the guise of the Ministry of Public Security of the CCP, exposing detailed information about five alleged “traitors nurtured by the CCP.” The well-known hacker group “Anonymous 64” later released their latest findings on social media.

On March 28, “Anonymous 64” posted on platform X, claiming that they hacked into multiple websites within China under the name of the “Ministry of Public Security of the CCP,” including the CCP military’s Military Industrial Research and Development Technology Association, Guilin Aviation Technology College, the Office of Human-Rated Spaceflight Projects of Major General Level, China International News, Belt and Road Trade Mall Registration Service Center, talent recruitment platforms, and the Henan Yin Xu Museum.

“Anonymous 64” presented the names of the alleged “traitors nurtured by the CCP” as per the “Heavy Release by the Ministry of Public Security of the CCP,” including Minister of the Propaganda Department Li Shulei, Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission Zheng Zhuojie, Vice Premier He Lifeng, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi. Their positions, dates of birth, ID numbers, and descriptions of crimes were listed, with a clear warning that their fate “is a dead end.”

According to “Anonymous 64,” Li Shulei’s crime is “controlling news opinions, completely blocking the channels through which people obtain information, with online censorship pervasive, only allowing praise.” Wang Xiaohong’s crime is “responsible for maintaining stability, abusing power to pursue across provinces, turning the public security system into a violent machine for the privileged.” Zheng Zhuojie’s crime is “maliciously implementing policies that harm private enterprises, pushing the youth into despair, with skyrocketing unemployment rates.” He Lifeng’s crime is “imbalanced decision-making leading to stock market crashes, plummeting housing prices, foreign capital flight, bank bankruptcies, and a wave of business closures.” Wang Yi’s crime is “conducting wolf warrior diplomacy, causing foreign enterprises to withdraw investment, technology bans, tariff encirclements, and pushing China into international isolation.”

“Anonymous 64” also repeatedly displayed the slogan “Take down the Communist Party, rebuild the ‘New China’.”

During the “11th” session of the CCP in 2023, “Anonymous” breached websites such as the CCP Military Academy Wuchang Vocational College, replacing homepage photos with “Xi Jinping’s Eighteen Hellish Crimes List,” detailing Xi Jinping’s various offenses. On the 34th anniversary of the June Fourth Incident in 2023, the hacker group also hacked into several official CCP websites, embedding photos of “Never Forget June Fourth” and the tanks entering Beijing to suppress the protests.

After the conclusion of the 2024 National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in March 2024, the official website of China Comment Communication Society, one of the major overseas propaganda websites, unexpectedly published an article on the night of March 16 entitled “Excerpt of Premier Li Qiang’s Government Work Report,” directly pointing out that “China’s economy is incapable of recovery” and “people’s lives are unbearable,” revealing “the truth hidden by Xi Jinping during the two sessions.” In a severe tone resembling Li Qiang’s, the article criticized the chaos under the rule of Xi Jinping, explicitly stating that the “country is on the brink of collapse.” “Anonymous” admitted to launching this attack on platform X.

On September 23, 2024, the Ministry of Public Security of the CCP released an article titled “Expose the ‘Taiwan Independence’ Cyber Army ‘Anonymous 64’,” claiming that in recent years, this hacker group has frequently launched cyber attacks targeting mainland China and Hong Kong, attempting to gain control of portals, outdoor electronic screens, and network TVs to illegally upload and broadcast content defaming the mainland’s political system and major policies.

The Ministry of Public Security of the CCP alleged that the true background of this organization is the Cyber Warfare Squadron “Environmental Analysis Center” subordinate to the Taiwan Information Communications Army, responsible for conducting cognitive and propaganda warfare against the mainland, and claimed to have initiated investigations against three active-duty personnel within the organization.

However, both the Ministry of National Defense and the President of the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China have refuted the above claims from the Chinese side, stating that they are not factual. The Information Communications Army of the National Defense Department pointed out that the accusations are unfounded, and it is the Communist Party who is the primary destabilizer of regional peace and stability.
