8 people dead in early morning fire at a shop in Kunming

Last Saturday (April 12th), a fire broke out in a shop in Kunming, Yunnan, resulting in the death of 8 people.

On April 12th, the Emergency Management Bureau of Chenggong District, Kunming City reported that at around 2 a.m. on April 12th, a fire broke out in a shop in the Wulong Street of Chenggong District. The fire was extinguished around 2:50 a.m., but it had already claimed 8 lives. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
